Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Returned items should be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging where applicable
• Accompanied by your order information

Perfumes & Skincare

For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes, skincare, cosmetics and beauty products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@velvalo.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you regarding the refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
